Two kinds of memberships are offered - Equity and Guest.
An Equity membership is the only type available to homeowners in the Cedar Creek Estate and Cedar Creek Crossing subdivisions. This membership requires an initial equity payment of $375. An equity payment is reimbursable upon sale or transfer of your equity membership. The total cost for an initial equity membership is the equity payment of $375, plus the annual membership dues of $425, for a total payment of $800. Following the initial year, equity members pay only the annual dues of $525.
Anyone that does not qualify for an Equity membership may qualify for a Guest membership. A guest membership is $450 the initial year, and $550 every year thereafter.
There are currently no swim-only, tennis-only, or social-only memberships.
Note that ALL Board Members pay dues according to general membership rules. The Board is responsible for setting membership policies and prices.

If there is no “buyer,” your equity is "absorbed" at the penalty rate of $1.00 / day until gone. The penalty begins January 1st. Joining the Club again requires a new $375 equity payment + current year membership dues.
